★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They assured me best service without even handling the bill and warranty card (on purchase). They told me that everything is online and hence no need to hold any physical documents. My Tata battery got out of service within 20 months. This person has denied me to serve without the warranty card and bill. I searched entire house and got the documents to embrace these people.
Finally my battery has got replaced in 2-days.
