On the another request, Maruti nandan approached for the problem and they had given sufficient time to diagnose the problem and had done every possible help and also helped me exchange my battery with company. They kept proper communication to inform me about status of my battery. I really appreciate efforts from Mr patel and highly recommend for battery related service from Marutinandan Auto Sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a brand new Exide battery in 2019 for my Hyundai Xcent Car and since than it was running nicely without any difficulty. All of a sudden on 2nd May 2022, battery stopped working and was unable to take ignition only. So with help of Exide Service center we got help from Marutinandan Dealer and within no time after they received our online complaint, they have send their executive for service. Their representative after studied and examined the battery, he informed us that this requires charging so he took out the battery and went to his service station with the promise to deliever it the next day. I am really grateful to the team of Marutinandan who took extra efforts to keep me posted about the issue and finally concluded that battery has some technical fault and battery is unable to take the charge. Without giving them much inputs, they immediately concluded that battery is within the warranty period and with the help of RC book and warranty card they will be able to replace my old battery with the new one. They handed over a new battery, installed it properly and with through checking within 24 hours they helped resolved my issue with great customer delight. Really appreciate their services and will rate them with 5 stars. Excellent team..!!!
