★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience...Exide such a big name and working like uselss comapny who doesnt care about the customer... Very poor support for Scooter battery ..I am struggling since last 25 days...nobody is helping me in getting my battery back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hopeless service....it takes you guys 3 days to even show up....then one guy comes and takes away the 6 month old battery (Fortuner car battery) declaring it DEAD...in 6 months !!
Exide - Your product sucks and worse is your service...Never in Life again Exide battery !! Hopeless guys ..actually you guys don't even deserve a single star, but I am unable to post so have given one star...Shame !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rating Star is not applicable sorry, for Exide battery, but what to do POST is only enable when to add one star, this company is only making fools to their customers. its again a easy money making company like others. you can never imagine how they react after the Purchase of the battery simply "TUM KAUN KO", "KAUNSI BATTERY", KAB DI THI", DEALER SE PATA KARO", ABI BUSY HO BAAD M BAAT KARTA HO, KIO BATTERY NI AYI REPLACE KE LIYE" etc etc etc.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever you can imagine. I brought the Excide battery because it is suggested in authorized service center.
The problem starts here after. Within the warranty period, the battery is non functional dead. Claimed the warranty going to Service center. Almost 2-3 days, they keep saying we have send to dealer, dealer sent to Excide service center goes on. Called to Excide service center, no help. I have lost hope as well as money.
Guys never ever go for any Excide product.

Very bad service. exide engineer come and check battery, told me that there is some problem in the inverter, says he can change the card. he change the card and charge me 1500, but problem still there then he took my inverter and said he will check it on their end. But in the mean time take this battery to dealer from there service center person will collect. I am still waiting for my inverter to come back. I got my battery back from Service center as is problem is still there I purchase new inverter also. Very very bad service.
Most important their so called engineer are cheater, and cheat people. like this.
and most frustrating thing I experience is that you customer has to take the battery at dealer place. If we have to do all the work, then what warranty exide is giving to its customers.
I do not recommend exide to anyone..if battery works then no issue but if you face problem then nothing is going to help..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had claimed warranty on my 2 wheel battery in March 2017. I was given a replacement for the faulty battery. But within 20 days the new battery also stopped giving desired results. I had all sort of problems with it. It would get discharge if I keep my 2 wheeler Idle for 1 day. The battery is just 3 months old and it is behaving like this. I think the service center has not given me the right product. Or I can say that they have served me old wine in New bottle. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with exide ba tteries not once but twice. With this kind of experience, I don't intend to use any exide battery in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your mobile battery service for cars is to be used for emergency but your toll free no is always un reachable.
After trying for 2 days it got connected and I was told that engineer will attend today between 2.30 pm to 3pm but no one turned up nor any information.
Very un professional attitude.I will definitely not by your product in future ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible company with horrible dealer network Purchased battery with 36 month warranty and when it spoiled with in 26 month . Dealer refuse to replace it by saying that 36 month warranty is only for paper not actual. Sent complain to EXCIDE no action. See attached invoice. Shameless company. recommend not to use excide battery again.
