We have our own manufacturing unit in New Delhi, India covering the area of 18000sq. Ft and showcasing our products in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. We provide you with end solutions, ultimately cutting on your project cost and timing.

I kept calling Himanshu who claimed that he's the owner of the business ignored my messages and did not fix it. Now they are lying in my store not knowing what to do with those. Pla don't order online from this store unless you can see them personally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could have given negative reviews, MorDecor would deserve a minus 100 rating. The pictures on the website were amazing which attracted us to buy from Mor Decor. However our post sales experience was nothing short of awful and disastrous. Firstly they promised to deliver the products (which we paid over 5 lakhs for) in 45 days. In reality it took 3 months. Secondly every piece (sofa, accent chair) were delivered broken. After repeated calls for over 2 months they finally agreed to send a replacement for the broken parts. Guess what, the replacement was random and didn't fit the original structure. Now we have an unusable sofa, accent chair that is just taking up space in our living room and with no help from Mor Decor despite repeated reminders. Furthermore, they connected me with a 3rd party logistics company for the damage and took absolutely no responsibility to fix this for me. If you want to spend 5 lacs you can find a million alternatives online. Ms. Pinky (customer service) is just a sham and don't be fooled by their pictures. The product looks good but is broken and unusable. There is no customer service for online orders.. period!!! I have been extremely patient during the entire process, asked to speak to a manager/owner multiple times, but not once have they initiated a call to address my issues, despite fully knowing I have an unusable 11ft sofa lying in my apartment. 6 months worth time wasted, 100 unanswered phone calls and 5 lakhs worth unusable products - my experience with Mordecor in a nutshell.
