★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the property looks good (though i have not yet got the possession and hence shifted), but after sales service is pathetic and horrible. Staff is not customer friendly. They do not believe in good communication with customer at all. They only set targets for customers but for themselves, they keep all targets very lightly.
Exotica believes in customer chasing them for each and every thing instead they making customer comfirtable in post sales service.
I didn't imagine in my dreams that i will land up in hell after booking a flat in Exotica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exotica is big brand but worst services, I don't know how they become a big brand?
in one of their society lifts are not working for past 3-4 days, but they don't care. The maintenance team is very careless and irresponsible, you will call them and they will just say sir today or tomorrow. People are in suffer but they are busy on collecting money only though maintenance charges are very high than other societies.
Once you book your house and pay 10% amount, your Agni-path starts from then... Sales team is big fraud, they will promise you a lot but never give you in written and when after booking and paying 10% they will never pick up your call and never complete their promises.
If you go to Admin team, they will react like, we don't care what Sales team promises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my flat with Exotica in January this year and it took almost 6 months to get my own home with nice experience. The financial transactions and paper work which happened in first few months were without hassle . Good support from exotica executives and special thanks to Ms Reenu who supported a lot in all the transactions. Thanks team and Good luck !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a good choice buying a flat in exotica. Processes were hassle free and delivery is relatively good. Teams are fantastic and supportive. To bring to your notice that while builder and rest of the team is doing their best to create a happy customer's pool and render a quality flat, possession and handover teams are compromising on quality of product and services. Please note that we the flat owners are the Brand ambassadors of the product and will help you in acquiring a high promoter score. It's a candid feedback that your team at grounds (on site) are not delivering what they ought to be and is spilling the milk what builder and his team have skimmed so far. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair experience with Exotica Housing...
I bought a flat in Exotica Dreamville project, and experienced with some handing over process issues
They wants all deliverable from their customer on time, but when there is question of deliverable from their side, always hide themselves behind the excuses. I had met with their Senior Customer support manager to resolve the issue, the issue was resolved after Top Management intervention.
At last I can say that Exotica Top Management is working towards customer satisfaction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my brother visited here for plot purchase, the person who was talking with us was very interesting. We got involved with him and he explained the locations and all in a very simple way means he just convinced us somehow. And the office was well-maintained and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office is located near main road and easy to approach. Service provided is very good. Good staff. Builder is very professional and processes are smooth.
I have visited Exotica Fresco project and really liked it among all nearby projects. Facilities seems good and up class. Will post more detailed review post more experience.
