Exozen Management provides no training to it's staff and majority of the staff is untrained. Under trained gardeners, under trained sewage treatment plant operators, under trained guards. They have left our clubhouse toilets looking worse than public toilets, shower room are left unusable.. Our beautiful garden's died out.. The whole STP/WTP fell apart due to lack of skill in operation from exozen and toilet flush was black stinking for months. The association had to hire external vendors to sort out the issue. Most of the time Association had to step in from their busy office/personal lives and micro manage housekeeping to get things sorted. Alarming apathy by exozen managers/employees in maintaining basic standards of hygiene or quality. .. here are the pics for judgement...
