I have invested in Unnati II almost six years. Till today there is not updates on the project. I have been trying to get in touch with Expact but no response from them or their customer service team. Have anyone invested in this project. Please join hands with me to take it legally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expat properties are real frauds, I have been mailing them to handover the property for which I have completed the payment is full in 2019 and they don't respond and when I do get a response the dates are not being fulfilled. Maybe I should put a police complaint but I'm going to wait till the end of this month and that's it.

I booked a 1/2 acre plot in Mahika, (Hiriyur-Karnataka) land project in 2012 and paid entire amount. But till now we have not received any update and no response to our email/calls.
After doing lot of research & verifications with multiple investors we found it fraud company.
Website and projects updated in website are also fake projects.
If any sales person connecting to Expat Projects & Development Pvt. Ltd please register a police complaint immediately.
PLEASE DON’T INVEST IN EXPAT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Invested in 2015 for 2 units in Chandapura project in Bangalore and paid the amount in full( around 45 lakhs) right away. It was supposed to be move in ready by 2018. For the last 5-6 years we have been given the run around. Each time we try to contact them, they have another excuse. They initially said that there was some problem with registration, then something else that was delaying the start of construction. Last year, they said that project will not take place and that they wanted us to move our money to some other project. We agreed to it but still no word of any progress on any project.
Each time we call, if we get through, their response is, "we were just about to call/email you". In the meantime, we have been paying interest amounting to almost half the amount of the loan we took for the investment. Our money is stuck with them. So frustrated with all this. Have no other option than to take legal action against this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has anyone taken any legal action against them so far? If yes, has there been any progress? I think this is a fraud company and we should do something so that these people cannot scam others. I took 1 acre plot in 2010 and paid them the full amount. I have still not got the possession of the plot and now no response.
If there is anyone who has already taken any legal action, please guide me with the process and contacts so that I can also follow the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a fraud company. Most of their projects are stuck and they have taken lot of money from buyers. The only way now left is to catch hold of the management. Their projects were supposed to be completed by 2016 but not yet kicked off. Beware. If you find the owners, management, catch hold of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fraud company. They have collected Billions of Ruppes from NRI across world. I do not know even central government is not taking any action. They will vanish as soon as some action started. Stay away from t his company. They will offer you cheap property through their offices in Dubai, Miscat, Doha etc. Expatriates there thinks because there is less chances of fraud in those countries, EXPAT is authentic company. But you are wrong. They are total fraud. They have never delivered to anyone, let it be plot, apartment or any other property. They have just collected money from people and cheated.

My uncle brought a property from them for 11 lakhs , registered as residential plot near hoggenagal Falls Tamilnadu , these guys stopped responding after that , I came searching for this and it’s a god forsaken place which even the locals do not want . Donot trust these guys . Land price locally is only 3 lakhs per acre . They sold 10 plots for 11 lakhs in 2014.
