Well, I believe, to run any business; organization or any company or consulting firm, there's always some efforts of its employees left behind who often work (-ing) hard-er to help people/candidates get something of valuable outta, their service, what they exactly serve for. Let me share my experience with you to help you understand why Experteye Consulting can be your next good choice to expect a good placement from here: I still remember, when Nandita called me a few months back offering a very "All Good In The Hood" job profile, and the thing that I loved n still love about her is: She listened to me very calmly and understood me like to understand what exactly what I am looking for... .. & thereafter, she asked me, "why exactly you want to switch your company?" Well, most recruiters ask this question to know the reason but she asked me to know my necessity, as per my skills, obviously. And what I personally believe is, when you are open/friendly/respectful to someone who is really trying to help you get a job or offering you something that further comes in your favor, you should be very honest not just/only to others but to yourself as well - and here Nandita had me this comfortable around her friendliness that I felt very relaxed even to share everything with her so I provided her with very genuine reasons like why exactly I want to move n what I am expecting to get from anew company... ... 30-45 mins talkies-dokies later, she asked, "when you will be free and ready to give your next round?" And it made me feel like: "Really? Do you think I can be your good choice as a candidate, of course... if, in case, I get hired which I know will never get hired? "If I wasn't sure, I wouldn't have talked to you for this long on phone," She replied And I was like: "this gyal got her cools!" so yups.. she got boosted up wit confidence and motivation as well which further comes under one of her knacks as a senior recruiter, of course. As I already had my current job in hand so there was no harm to give an interview and have my say. Because I believe, Not sure whether all recruiters hire for the same, but yeah.. this firm hires for very reputed MNCs, big organizations where you gonna experience real professionalism, of course, when or if you get hired by any chance... or if, of course, there's any vacancy available around... LOL Nevermind, so yups.. I guess, I have corrected myself enough, and have found my own cools as well; given my genuine reasons to help you or other candidates like why you should give it a try and expect a good placement from Experteye Consulting, and heyy.,. if you guys meet across with Nandita Chhajer, by any chance, then don't forget to tell her, Sky is thankful to her.
