★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udaan’ is not for the youth of J&K, but the training organizations who acquire heavy funding’s on its name. The money is provided by the government of India but is being taken back by a well-crafted strategy. The scheme has failed to make any impact on the ground as the unemployed youths are still roaming for employment, and Udaan is only to make them dumb for a moment. Let the government talk to those who had this Udaan experience and see its inefficiency in catering to the needs of the youths. This scheme to promote employment opportunities in the valley of Jammu and Kashmir has failed to live up to its expectations. One reason is governments 'lack of interest' in making these training organizations accountable and fixing a salary slab to those who are hired under Udaan.
I wonder why these schemes are implemented in our state without doing the ground work. The need of the hour is to study the scheme thoroughly and see how it can be made effective.
Personally, i too joined Vision india, but dropped out with in month after visualizing the reality what has happened and what is gonna happen.
These people only find us a mean to earn handsome bucks. Even they r playing with the future of people like us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally, I liked the whole team of Vision India Staffing, the work culture, the management, the team, processes, IT enabled tools. Total experience in one word was "awesome". I visited their office regarding their skill development projects which are in alignment with our Prime Minister Mr. Narender Modi's National Skill Development Mission. It was a good feeling to see that leaders of staffing industry like Vision India Staffing to take the mission seriously and executing to help the youths of India.
