★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well... I would have not come here... It been more than 3 months dealing with these people... They never respond to messages.. by mistake my parcel went Spain instead of Italy... Every time new story... 12 August i am getting a receipt that the parcel is going to dispatch from UK to Italy... It been 2 weeks and above still it have not moved an inch from there... I have contacted Uk people regarding this... And they literally have no idea.. and when i asked expresshub people they didn't even responded to my message still...
If there were rating in minus i would have given that... In my opinion horrible service through out... Take caring of customer's problem... Replying to emails... everything... Never ever going to think of expresshub again and my recommendation to people who reads this... Don't opt for this service... Because I don't want anyone to suffer like me how i am suffering since 3 months...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been waiting for more than 9 months for my courier to get delivered.Really ridiculous.Haven’t come across a more irresponsible company ever.They don’t give you updates, don’t reply to messages or answer calls.Wasted 9 months trying to get updates and follow up but in vain.Don’t ever go with them unless you want to loose your stuff, your money and peace of mind!Lost so many valuable things, trusting you guys.The amount of following up that Ive done is unbelievable.Really wish you guys show some professionalism and own up for the work you do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been more than 1.5 months now that they have stopped taking my calls and replying my messages. I even mailed them multiple times but unfortunately no response. How can a company be so unprofessional??
They were suppose to send me a parcel to South Africa which I have no idea where they have misplaced. They dont even gave me a honest feedback about the parcel.
Anyone reading this review, Please stay away from this company. It has been one of the worst experience of my life to deal with them.
