★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is misrepresenting itself as DHL-Bluedart where as it’s a local establishment which acts as a broker/middleman where they charge you 300% more of what the actual shipment cost just to place a pick up request from their computer. They will also promise that the shipping company will be dhl/blue dart but when verifying its entirely different (RK enterprise - a company I’m unheard of). They will provide you with false dhl/bd or also fedex perhaps tracking number usually of the same destination. DO NOT BOOK YOUR SHIPMENT FROM THEM, always look for authorised agents.

I needed to send medicines to US (which has a lot of rules and regulations) - Zakhir helped me with the documentations and required steps and shipped it successfully overseas. He followed up with me with necessary steps required after the parcel was at the custom checks. Overall, the process was very well hand holded and done very professionally. Would recommend using courier services from him.
