I used express movers and packers Noida on 31st August/ 1st September (consignment number mentioned above) to transport my household items from Noida to Jaipur. This experience has been the worst ever and I am yet to get a resolution to the below problems. The lack of professionalism and politeness by Sumeer (who handled our order), Manjit (who coordinated the packing/ moving) and Anil (who did not give me any higher management contact number after multiple follow ups) has made me realise what a mistake I made.
Here are the issues that we have faced:
1. During transportation, our items were WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION shifted from one vehicle to another. When we enquired with Sumeer about this, he said that he will make sure that nothing is damaged
2. During unloading, the folks who unloaded did not unpack our items - which was to be included in our services
3. The microwave was damaged, and we sent photos of this to Sumeer and Manjit on the day after unloading. They have not provided a resolution till date, even after 10 days
4. Invoice for the consignment, and invoice for insurance has still not been provided, even after multiple phone calls made to Sumeer, Anil and Manjit

Proces are reasonable and my stuff reached safely and on time. I would like to give a special thanks to Sumer ji for coordinating and providing such seamless services. The express movers & packers is professional movers & pakers. I have shifted my luggage n car from Noida to Nashik. My luggage reached well in time ( 3 days ) without any damage. The pers Sumer and his team is responsive and took care of my luggage. Moreover the price quote for packing and moving my luggage was very reasonable.
Will recommend to avail services from express movers n packers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very good moving experience with Express Movers and Packers. Team was very polite and helpful. Special shout out to Manjeet, Bhamnesh, Niresh and team. Price was very reasonable. I requested them to come after 2 days to move some more stuff Inside my house.. they came and did it with a smile.
Kudos to such good people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE RATINGS READ THIS AND SAVE YOUR LUGGAGE!! I should have give zero rating
1. Pathetic, Chester's worst quality packing material
2. Expensive and worthless they will cheat you by quoting a price and then charge double of it on shipping date.
3. Especially their Mangers Manjith paju they are highly unprofessional , rude, they mis behave with me used fowl language who doesn't know how to behave with women's and senior citizens.
4. I felt my money lost all items were damaged broken , they promised to fulfill every servi but they dont, they have not used any packing material no cartoons were us just low cheap quality polly bags they throw all stuff very badly nothing was taken care.
5. Wrong inspection of house hold items by Manjith paju they ordered small truck for 3bhk house even I told them in the beggining.
6. They added extra charges when you ask for invoice . My parents tried calling them sumer and Manjith, they stopped answering my parents calls and my calls when we maid payment.
7 . Highly irresponsible horrible horrendous worst service by team Manjith, poor quality worst packing materials poor handling damaged mothfurnutue
furniture .
8. All the items were dumped in pollybags, after everything there is no response from manager's .
9. They have fake address we went to the location of their Godown .
10. I had to be verbally angry after 12 hrs of patience to express express my disappointment.
I attached all damaged broken luggage pic unable to upload all.
PLEASE PLEASE NEVER TAKE THEIR SERVICE.!

Not picking up calls on day of shifting.
owner sumer and inspection guy manjit both not picking calls and making excuses that loader is not available.
From 8 30 am to 12 pm and then they argued a lot and does not show up.
Never opt for this movers n packers , they are fraud , cheat . Went to their shop (goofle addres if fake) searched on my own, shop is closed and they are not showing up anywhere
