Most of the times, the doctor is not available.
It's the junior staff who checks the patient after the surgery.
There is a lot of mismanagement, you will have to wait for hours even after taking an appointment.

The procedure didn't took too long as they have professional staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst eye clinic in Saharanpur. The staff and the doctors do not care about the patients at all.
They make us wait for long hours and yet do not provide any proper service. The doctors have long chats and tea in their cabins, while the patient can only sit and do nothing.
The staff is not professional at all and do not even know how to follow simple procedures. They spend time chatting with each other and on calls.
The people there are heartless.
Do not go at all.
