★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been visiting Dr AK Malhotra since I was a kid. Great doctor. But his current supporting staff is probably the worst I have seen:
- will ask you to pay in cash even though UPI QR code is shared all around.
- they will find ways to NOT give you any bill/receipt. Manager will come and whisper to the chemist “offline de offline de” in case you ask for a bill. Reason being manual entry in sale books would later be discarded.
- waited for around 40mins only because they were not getting a print out. No proactive ness in resolving issue from the team
- Got the name of my mother wrong thrice.
