★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using it for the last two years+. Service is really good. Network downtimes are very rare, and mostly gets rectified automatically within a couple of hours. The only time I've had to call them was to rejoin my optical cable which had to be cut off, and they did it in two hours without charging a single penny! I was ready to pay as it was a request from my side and not their fault. But they politely refused to accept payment. Hard to find people like this in this age. Kudos to service engineer Aravind, Vipin and the rest of the team. Keep up the good work! ? 100mbps annual plan - total value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been their customer for over 3 years now. I've had a mere downtime of roughly 1 day out of the whole year. Their new internet plan of 100Mbps is literally 100Mbps speed provided you have the supported hardware and yes, the speed is completely unlimited

You wont notice it while watching videos as videos buffer and download few seconds ahead of playback but while surfing websites response time is very slow.
Internet disconnects at night and even after phoning them it comes at noon the next day.
That is 12 hours without net. Customer service is negligible.
The one who is responsible for troubleshooting lives very far and opens the office at around Noon and he is the only guy.
They don't care about giving good service just want their monthly payment.
Don't go for this ISP you will regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This ISP is going from bad to worse. With the onset of a strong competitor, they are purposely giving bad network to their customers so that the customers can migrate to their new fiber optic package after a payment of 800 rupees.
Presently if one wants the speed he is paying for, he has to call every hour and then they will rectify the situation. When the technician came home to solve the problem he said that this is how it is now, and he will be able to diagnose the problem only if I get the fiber optic router for 800 rupees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a fully unlimited 10mbps connection from them. Everything is fine, but every 1-2 months, they sneakily cap my torrent download speeds to 1mbps which should be about 11 - 12.5 mbps. Every month, I have to call them up and they are rude (the lady who picks up the call acts like she is being personally targeted for some reason), and my issue gets solved in 4-5 days of continuous calling and asking. Other than that, these guys provide a consistent and stable connection that is very fast and constant. No down times except maybe twice or thrice a year which is acceptable for maintenance purposes. I am just mad about the cleverly capping torrent download speeds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. The prices are high however the connection provided never is right! I have the 100 mbps plan and every time I run a speed test I get speeds low as 2-4 or max 18 mbps. The speeds are never stable. The customer service is pathetic just like the government office! Been with them for ages almost 20 years yet they don’t value their customers. Looking for a switch as soon as my yearly plan ends! Hope there are better service providers!
