They sent it to Mumbai, but the necessary parts where not available in India. Hence they ordered from Italy and delivered fresh parts without any cost. Very nice gesture by Eyetalk and Carerra brand. Perfect example of customer first philosophy. Thanks and highly recommend this shop and Carerra brand. Pics of glass attached.
