★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked an LG split AC 1.5 tonne on 24th March 2017 and was promised to get it delivered very next day. Next day I got a call from the dealer Sanjay that I have to visit again as he missed some signatures which I have to do. I visited again on 28th and all the signatures were done. Now Sanjay who is the big fraud in E zone money square said that the same model is not there now, when he guessed that I will be going to some another store, he called somewhere (dont know he really called or just pretended to do so) and promised that the stock is about to get delivered and will certainly deliver and install by 30th March. When 30th March failed then he started to ignore my call. When I called in store and talked to him he as well as the store manager promised that by any means it will be delivered by 4th April. Now again today there is no delivery. Sanjay who is dealing AC at E zone Money square have a changed tune now. That bloody is refuging to cancel my order even and not even assuring the delivery.
I have been a very old customer of E zone money square and almost all my electronic goods has been purchased from there, but unfortunately the un professional behaviour and this kind of delay attitude by false commitment had given a very bitter experience.
I am sure like me, many other permanent customer will not be going to E zone Money Square, till these unprofessional dealers like Sanjay is there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really regret buying a Bose "Soundsport Free" from this store on 12th Feb 2019, Before purchasing the product I was told by the Bose executive that he will update the headphone to the latest firmware, for which, after the billing was done, he said that it will take at least 30 min for that to update using a Wi-Fi, and I should do it using my home Wi-Fi, which was just the opposite of what he told before the billing. Moreover, I was told by the store manager that I can call him any time if I face any issue. And the very next morning I called up the store manager as I was facing an issue with the product and I was told that he will ask the concerned person and will call me, only the thing is that call never landed on my phone, I would really suggest Reliance Digital at any day over them. The support is really poor and they just don't care about the customer once they have the money.
