★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waste disposal bin of the apartment is on the side of flat no pb/2 , Pritha apartment, Chinsurah Station road, Hooghly,100 meters from Radio station All India Radio.The Secretary of the apartment forcefully done it.The whole atmosphere of the south of the apartment is intolerable with foul smell & in this hot summer we are closing the windows tightly.Ideally the bin should be placed at least 150ft away from the flat.Please help.
