Its can be a very good choice for professionals and also students. Highly recommended to avail rooms from Ezyliv.

Single room cost 12k+ ac bill separate
And 6000 per bed in twin sharing.
Rs.12000 in total for single sharing. With electricity and AC bill extra. Very costly for whole Bhubaneswar. No one charging so much in top posh area also.
And they don't have so much amenities too.The advantages include all the basic amenities and facilities will be provided at your disposal, including food, electricity and ofcourse water and comfort facilities such as TVs but all these at an extra cost.
Speaking of life in PG, one can try his/her best to enjoy life here.But there are voids too., that probably will never get filled.
However, I don't think that I can recommend this place to someone :(
