This Gym is a great place for work out.
I joined here from first month of inauguration.
Ashutosh and Suraj from front desk gave a warm welcome and detailed about the wonderful facilities and equipments.Mr Vikas with a wonderful physique took initial sessions and guided to my Personal trainer Mr Abhishek since then.Abhishek is a great trainer.
All other trainers Diwakar,Gaurav,Shubham,Sunny and Sonu are knowledgeable and skilled trainers.They are very humble and helpful.
Hygiene and cleanliness is of high standards.
Best wishes to the Gym management.

One of the best gyms in the vicinity with latest equipments and CERTIFIED professional trainers. They can guide you to get the best out of you. Don't forget to consult Vikas, Floor Manager, the most experienced among all. He can help you get your dream body customized training and diet that will suit you best.
You can rest assured to step in and enjoy training without any COVID fear as they are maintaining ultimate hygeine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is humble and trainers are good, currently having Diwakar Saraswat as Personal Trainer and I am already seeing results in just 20 days of joining. He is very professional and motivating.
I personally recommend this gym and the trainer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken a member ship in f1 gym since last 3 months. This gym is very nice. It is neat and clean, the machines are all brand new. One by one machines are installed. I am taking PT by Sunny sharma.The nature of the coach and the nature of his management are very friendly. There will be no such gym in the whole of Delhi NCR. Best gym❤️❤️❤️❤️✌️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym was great at starting. But as the time is passing, the maintenance is not prioritised anymore.
The exercise bike is already not working smoothly.
The rods are bent. Firstly we thought that they would change even we don’t tell them to do so. But we had to complain about equipments and after many complains also the maintenance is being neglected.. i hope they do it ASAP .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not overly impressed... But still 4 stars and the reason are the people running it. What I really like the most about this gym are the trainers... Specially my personal trainer Saif Sir. He's incredibly talented, thorough professional and very patient and helpful. Coming back to the gym... I have some issues, hence the four stars...
First issue is that although the machines are fairly new but they are limited. Lot of basic equipments are missing. Second major issue is the crowd... Although if you train during the non peak hours you'll be fine but step into gym at peak hours... Specially in the evenings... Oh it's a mad house! That was still okay considering their are not too many gyms in the are but the quality of the crowd is an issue and they should take better care of quality control... This is my major gripe with this gym. Last but not the least... There is not even a single housekeeping staff... Literally none! If you want someone to wipe the equipment or clean something up, hence no sanitisation obviously...You can just forget about the basic hygiene. Rest as I mentioned it's a decent gym.. I would give it 3 stars but one extra for the training staff. Hope the management carefully read these pointers... Specially the first two and does make some improvements as it has all the potential. Thanks.
