★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moderate gym with the manual instruments all available. Trainer are available in morning till 10 am and evening 10 pm from 6pm onwards no coverage in daytime. Treadmills will not be available during daytime. Non ac gym. It's safe to say you can join If you are visit during morning and evening. Atmosphere here is too much basic need much improvement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been in Shahberi for long but I think this is probably the only gym reasonably good in the vicinity.
Pros: Open from 5am-10pm. No afternoon closing thing. Also, enough equipment to use. Charges are reasonable. Sauna is available too.
Cons: The location might bother you a bit as it just by the side of road. Since there are limited gyms with such facilities, sometimes you'll find a lot of people training alongside you.
Overall, the place does provide the value for money.

And a lot of their day-to-day activities revolve around teaching people how to exercise and eat healthy . ASR have good amount of machine and dumbbell for workout and all the staff is very friendly and with a good nature ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been doing the ASR gym for last 2 years. My experience is very great. I like gym space & machines apart from trainer & owner behaviour is very pretty. They are very humble & always give respect to everyone. I like so much. And gym fee is very convenient according to another. Everything is good to go. If you are gym love then you should try. You can go and build your muscles under a trainer instructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is spacious, equipments are well maintained, it's well cleaned and lighted. However the cost seems a bit high (1500Rs for one month and 3000Rs for 3 months). The steam sauna doesn't seem to open and is for girls only. There are 3 trainers and have nice behaviour. Overall it is a good gym.
