β β β β β Going to Xtreame Fitness gym for long while back. The Gym got renovated infront of me and has become better than ever.
Also, i must mention Coach Sandeep sir, what a great man. He has been transformimg not only me but so many people under him and the work is just amazing. This Gym and Coach Sandeep are a deadly combination for dangerous for bad lifestyle.

β β β β β This is undoubtedly the best and probably also at a reasonable price. Gym is clean and well kept. Trainer (Sandeep sir) is enthusiastic, engaging and well prepared. You have everything you want in a gym.

β β β β β This is a fantastic gym!!All the trainer's are super nice n take an interest in you no matters what fitness level you're.i think xtreme fitness gym is best gym in Gaur city 2..I recommend for everyone to please come and join n see changes in you,only yourself.

β β β β β Today counts three months since I started at Xstream Fitness Gym. I have the great pleasure of working out with Sandeep Sir, who is dynamite. I researched other personal training centers in the Noida ncr area and The Xstrem fitness gym simply had what I was looking for:
state of the art facility; knowledgeable staff; and a philosophy similar to my own. It is an investment, both physically and financially, but who better to invest in than yourself. Sandeep sir is a great motivator. I train with him 6 a.m. 6 days a week and he is always upbeat, puts on a kick-butt playlist, models exercises to ensure maximum results, and pushes meβ¦knowing that I have the extra effort even when I donβt think so. I know he is genuinely concerned about my well-being and is on this journey with me to help me achieve my goals. I am looking forward to more gains which will be huge gains in my get fit journey!β

Mr. Sandeep, a trainer there is super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level youβre at which make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.

β β β β β This gym is amazing, the best part is it is renovated recently and then coach Sandeep sir is also here now.
I have trained under Sandeep sir and I must admit his training methods are so different than others.
His experience really makes a a difference because the improvement i have seen under him are really great and this makes me stay long with him to train.

β β β β β I had been doing workout in this gym since 3 weeks and the environment of the gym is so good and tidynes is well Maintained. Gym trainers are so friendly and their speaking tone is very polite. I felt some difficulties in some excercise but they helped me, they always motivates to do the job. The most important reason that inspires me to come to gym, daily are two special people one our special Master Trainer Mr. SANDEEP SIR and the Gym Owner Mr. ANISH KHAN... They are the key reasons why I come to this gym.
My inspiration SANDEEP SIR... 4times Mr. India, 3 Times north India, 8 Times Mr. Delhi, Satish sugar classic gold medalist, 2016 role model award, 2019 best coach award. He is the best coach for me and for all the Xtreme gymers, we come daily and do workout in gym and feel upgraded, all thanks to SANDEEP SIR and a special thanks to our gym owner ANISH KHAN to keep such a an excellent staff.
