Best part is the trainers who are so professional and helpful in nature , Specially Lavkesh bro . I would suggest everyone to join it and give it a try .

Crowd is nice and respectful.Trainers focus on exercises and your meal plan too.Trainers also plan several unique sessions for women n men for weight loss and gain.
Its has been more than one year now to me and I am enjoying my daily work out and feeling happy.

Started recently as a complete beginner, was introduced at a steady pace to the workout routine and how to improve my diet by trainer Vikas, he has been very supportive so far. A premium Gym with almost all the necessary equipments & a few fancy one's too; A few could find the Gym crowded at times because of the average carpet space, but it's okay' Overall a good unisex gym, no comparisons in review!

Best part is the behaviour of all the trainers ,a special shout out to one of the trainers Akash,He knows how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. He's always been very welcoming,kind and generous. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape.
