SPECIFICALLY, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ANYONE FROM THIS GROUP NAMED SAMEER.
This is a public service announcement about a group of scammers who I have given multiple attempts to avoid my publication of this review. I placed an order with them for a Pebble Rug in March of 2017 that has gone unfulfilled for over a year now despite multiple back and forth contacts with unfulfilled promises that it might show up. I have multiple e-mail records documenting excuses from the group that eventually became lies and now a complete lack of communication with me. DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH THIS GROUP. DO NOT WIRE ANY MONEY.
My order was placed March 3, 2017, with notice that the rug would reach me within 18-20d of payment confirmation. The payment was confirmed and on April 16, 2017, they requested 7-10 more days for a "worker's strike in their factory." On May 30, 2017 they said my carpet was ready but they were waiting for shipment of a bulk order to reduce shipping costs. They said the rug would be shipped the week after. One MONTH later, on July 24, 2017 they wrote, apologizing about the delays and told me that they would write later with an update. On August 21, 2017, they sent a picture of a rug, claiming that it was mine and that it would be sent in a few days. I waited and on Nov 9th, I emailed and received no response. I told them that I would not hesitate to write negative reviews and received no response. I finally heard from them on March 1st, 2017 asking for my address, which I provided, such that they could ship. I followed up in April and May and there is still no rug. I am led to believe that this is a scam whereby the company habitually lies, denies any wrongdoing, is unwilling or unable to fulfill the order, and is unresponsive to the customer. These dates are real and the order of events not ones that could be easily made up. There should be negative stars given as there was no product ever provided and I still am at a $295 loss. This review is adequately long enough that readers should be plainly aware that this is not a fake review. I'm placing a photo up of my floor, which remains w/out a rug because of these scammers, who should not even deserve the single star given to them by default.
