Never gone thru this kind of hotel...

The owner Bharti mam is very helpful and the staff is very cooperative and the service was also up to the mark.
Overall a good place to stay.
Will surely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor rooms with poor facilities. The shower were not working, window didn't had locks .Though the receiptionist was polite but the hotel lacked basic facilitates. The location too were noisy. Overall would not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a room over priced for few hours where the guy at the reception said it's 1500 for 2 people n 2k for 3 people. And paid him 2k. Morning in about 4 5 hours of checking in, the owner comes n says 2500 for no reason. And tells me the guy working there is an illiterate and I have to understand him being the customer or the guest. Worst ownership or handling the situation of a hotel. And blaming the staff appointed by the owners themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was smelly with cigarette butts lying around. The air conditioning was not working and the regular water that they provide had foul smell. The staff was also not very cooperative. They didn't provide extra bed sheet even when asked multiple times. Overall very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good. The rooms could have been a little bit more cleaner. The AC does not have remote, so you can't change the settings or temp. You can only either switch it or off. The channels are mostly not either subscribed or locked. Needs a lot of improvement. Parking available. Choose this as an last option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The breakfast in the hotel was not up to the Fab standards. Dosa was sub-par, I was not able to eat it. Generally in all the fab hotel there is a good buffet option. The bed sheet was smelly, I had asked for an extra bed sheet several times, they repeatedly said it has gone for laundry and they don’t have stock. I complained that the AC is not cooling properly, they said it might be because of gas leakage. Are they not supposed to keep these working properly? .Corridor lights were mostly switched off. How can corridor lights be switched off, and its complete dark, when you have guest? The regular water that they provide had foul smell.
First time I am writing a negative review for a a Fab hotel.
