I made a booking where they mentioned they will provide Rs500 cashback, but I didn't got it yet. When trying to contact customer care , they will not respond and never help. They will even not responding on their e-mail

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most Unprofessional people i have encountered in my long travelling experience of 18+ years. I booked a hotel in Delhi Sage Saket for Rs 3000+ through Fab Hotel with Pay at Hotel option. After few minutes I received a message to pay around Rs 500 for booking confirmation otherwise Booking will not be confirmed. I paid this amount and I received a booking confirmation message. When i reached hotel for stay which was scheduled after two days of booking, I was informed by the hotel staff that there is no room available for me. After regular attempts for 45 minutes I was able to contact their customer care number but they were unable to provide any solution and offered me a cheap hotel far away from the location booked by me. So never book hotel through Fab Hotels...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is FabHotels' Gurgaon head office. This office is in Delhi press building have its setup in 3rd and 4th floor. Reception is on the 3rd floor and you can meet him for any concern, he will take you to the right person.
For entering into the premises you have to fill your entry details with the reason of visit on main gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I call fabhotel Chandan from reservation picked up the call I told him my requirement about my booking I mention him the I will be need 25 rooms so can you transfer my call for the corporate booking. He mention me that he deals with the corporate booking when I start doing deep quire about the booking he mentions we don't deal with corporate booking again I asked him you don't deal with bulk booking very straight me mention that no we don't deal with that I do have his call recoding.very unprofessional behaviour If you people are still interested doing business with me please contact me +919538084425

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I have booked the hotel for shimla, they are misleading to the customer's and didn't mention the the proper information, as there was no way to go at hotel by car, they only shows hotel and when I asked for refund they replied back after 8days and denied for refund.
Very pathetic company.
I am going to file a police complaint first.
