★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic organisation i have ever worked with. No employee centricity, no appraisals, no promotions. Unreachable management and HR as they block all the communication mediums to contact someone in hierarchy and the salary packages which they offer is incompetent in comparison to other competitors and captive units.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined Green Dot on 6th December 2021, when my/training batch salary came on 31st December it should be of 26days but it was only for 20days and salary slip shows 6 days of LOP when I/training batchmates worked and marked attendance correctly. Then the company provided system stopped working, my TL didn't informed me that the days I am not logging due to system issue will be counted as LOP and I remained logged in for 3 days from 10pm to 7am later he told me that those will be LOP and I have to visit office (which is approximately 40km from my place ) to replace/repair my Laptop that was their fault not mine. I asked about reimbursement but he denied. He asked me to visit office on a day when I have to attend a funeral of my relative but he said I made an lame excuses. I said to him that first of all no employee will let you know about his/her plans in advance. I don't know about other processes but Green Dot is the worst experience I ever had in my 8 years of BPO career. Never join, unless it's your time & energy waste. Rest your decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good to work, if you would go for Vodafone process, you would need quite more patience. I met few good people here like Ehsaan, Ankit Sharma, Shubham Bansal, Aryan Mehra and who can forget the manager,Mr.Deepak Jaswal.
The Supervisors are very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, it is a big brand but if you really boost your career I advise you to take other option, because senior staff is not so cooperative, and there is politics with every individual. Yet salary package is good but their expectation is high. Please think once again to go in this company, because what happened with me I never forget throughout my life. Yet God bless me in my career but this company is average. This is because I saw the working environment, which is also average neither good nor bad.
