★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Support staff is exceptional. However the lady/manager/owner who sits at the billing counter is very rude. She treats you as if she is paying for your product/s. She is least bothered to reply to your thank you gesture. Disappointed.

Need to stock up better collection for Kids.
Also looks like the garments keep shifting between two or more stores in certain periods. Hence tend to see same collection here even after visiting after 2 weeks.
Pls try to provide provide deals. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store does not have proper sizes of clothes especially higher sizes. With great difficulty i chose some clothes. Then i happened to visit Max store where better quality Khadi clothes and cheaper were available. I visited the store again to get refund. The lady of store is not giving or refund or store credit. Since they don't have the my sizes i am not able to get sizes in the store. But the store is adamant in not giving refund or any store credit. I am basically taken hostage by the store and it's policies. I shouted in the store to make sure everyone knows about the hostage situation. I reviewing here so that the world also knows the indignant people that existing this slowing economy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store Manager is very rude, she thinks she is Fab India designer, doesn't know how to greet and treat walk-in customer at showroom, actually she doesn't cares about sales etc even doesn't follows hygiene norms during COVID times. Not recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best in class and best in town. The quality of goods is undoubtedly the best of all. The one stop for cotton, silk and cotton silk daily wear and office wear. It gives a royal touch and look. Explaining all this definitely makes it clear that the goods are heavily expensive. Many many stores all over Bangalore.
