Sometimes, you will get suprise discounts
Not much of an ethnic place, for eg you don't get Kurtas for guys, or ethnic apparels, footwears

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience at billing counter. They didn't remove the security tag for 2 of the items. When I was exiting, it was beeping and security checked everything, cross checked everything and got to see bill is clear but security tag wasn't removed for one item. Even after getting it cleared, there was security beep and security told me to ignore that and go.
I came home to notice that security tags are not removed for another 2 items as well (both items : socks). Tried removing it with hands and couldn't. Can't drive back to them again for their mistake. Broke the same with hammer and spoiled 3 of my socks pairs - out of 6.
Haven't had such a bad experience with any Maxx outlets earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible billing experience. They took 30 minutes to bill my items. Billing executive had to call a store manager Miss Dhanalaxmi to process something. She took her own time to come even after multiple phone calls and then was so rude when she arrived. She had no regret whatsoever for making customers wait. When I gave her feedback she was so upset that the threw the receipt inside my bag. One billing 4 people are standing and looking while rest of the customers are complaining about the long wait
