★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Disappointing experience at this store of Fab India. When Fab India boasts of their "no discount price" and high MRP, they should spend some of it to teach their employees the basic courtesy skills on how to talk to customers.
At first, the cashier woman mistakenly added a set of earrings to the bill which I had rejected before and that's completely fine. Mistakes happen. But then, when we told her that you added a wrong item, she asked us to get something else for that amount even when it was her mistake to add it to the bill. Not only that, she started to blame me for the confusion while her other staff members clearly told her that it was their mistake.
After literally debating about it for around 15 minutes, she decided to give us the money back. I wonder how much they care of their customer satisfaction. She was rude, arrogant and had no interpersonal skills.
