★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a poor experience at Sundari saree store Ashiyana Nagar Patna. The fellow at the billing counter rudely refused to add the purchase details on the membership card. They claim to offer 21st purchase free if you buy 20 items in from their store within a year. But he refused to show the entries on his computer system. After agrument he agreed that I had alredy bought 20 sarees from his store but he still refused to update the membership card . This behaviour is not accepted. This is very poor service to the customers . I will not buy anything from here and will also ask my family and friends to stop buying from this shop. Very disappointed and bad behaviour by the billing guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience with the Shree Sundari store on 15th Jan. We had purchased dress items worth 17,500/- and among them was a sharara set which required alteration and was given to their in-house tailor. To my complete disappointment, the tailor damaged the item so much so that I couldn't have worn it in that state. The staff, present on the second floor, accepted their mistake and offered to make a refund upon our request and insistence. However, the person sitting at the reception was very discourteous and had complete disregard of the situation. Instead, he passed sarcastic comments on us, stating that we have problems with our purchase. Not even once did he acknowledge that it was their fault but rather, was completely disinterested in our grievance.
We have been shopping from Sundari, Mohini and now Shree Sundari since 30 years but we never came across such an incident before. This has left a very bad impression and it is unlikely that we will return to shop from here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On April 23, I took clothes and from this shop, neither the dress was good nor the fabrics were good, the staff of the shop had said that we will give everything, you people will not have any problem.This shop doesn't even deserve single star The shop staff had said that they would be polished but did not give anything.

I had purchased a silk suit piece from shree sundari of an amount of Rs.7000 approx,I got it stiched and after wearing it the very first time it got damaged in the areas around arms so badly that I can't wear it second time...
I am going to the shop to return it and get my hard earned money back ,let's see how much they would redress my grievances...
