And once we give clothes. They say please give clothes for minimum of 300rs value.
What logic is this?
Please do not loot customer and tell them to do dry cleaning instead.
Utter nonsense service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given a kurta for washing and ironing. They called and told me to get it dry cleaned. So I told ok. Next day when i went to pick up the clothes, I did not check and came back home. Apparentl, The kurta was spoilt. When I weny back to complaint. The staff was very rude and dis not help at all. In turn they stopped taking my clothes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute pathetic behaviour of both pickup agent and the person who was sitting in FabKlean Store. Absolutely rude. Irrespective of the number of services you take, they are just unprofessional to another level. Not recommended to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 2 shoes and 1 dress dry cleaning. Rs 1500 was charged and even on request. No bifurcation was given. They take opportunity of someone needing service in hurry. They never pick up calls and some how the person who can ans is never available as per staff.. tried then for atleast 6 pairs.. very disappointed..

Whether urgent or usual, always first shot hit..never did I have to come back for rework which has been the best part and the clothes/garments/bedding/bags.. all done really well.. so will keep coming ! Need I say more :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional service. Good quality washing - clothes remain soft. Also, Good quality packaging of ironed clothes... Transparent invoicing - when I walk-in with soiled clothes, they give hard copy of receipt right away. For pickup, I get invoice on WhatsApp within one hour of pickup which I think is good.
I highly recommend it.
