Most unprofessional, non responsive people, no ownership.
Since the time Wardrobe has been taken over by Fabric Spa, their services is no less than pathetic.
They took a month to delivery my cloths, only after I made a hue and cry about it.
None of their customer care number works, the chat bot is completely automated with the standard templatized response - "the delivery will be made tomorrow by 5:00 pm" and this tomorrow never comes.
It's soo frustrating, to keep calling and receiving no response. It's like speaking with a wall.
I went to the Sector 50 shop, it's closed, the number is never picked. I called all the possible numbers I could find with no luck.
I cannot forget this pain they made me go thru. Finally I had a luck to speak with someone and she arranged for the delivery. I kept asking her to put me thru someone senior, I wanted to tell them how the customer complaints are handled and what all I had to go thru to get the delivery happen, no senior was ready to speak.
What a rowdy behavior by an organization like Jyothy Labs.
Disgusted to the core by them. And they have the audacity to repay with 10% discount in the next order. As if I will actually place the order after this nasty experience.
Don't go here, if you wish to maintain your sanity.
