Rishabh was always helpful with my queries & patiently provided all the quotes that I requested. He is a cyclist himself, so understands the little things which matter to riders, especially from the POV of the fit. He runs the store professionally, more importantly values the customer's & mechanic's time, despite the limitations due to the pandemic.He also takes a keen interest in setting up and working on the challenges around the bike fit, which is great. Rehman is good mechanic, reliable and builds the bike well, and patiently makes the adjustments, always demanded by a rider. Overall great experience with my build.

When I booked my bike - I had to request atleast 5-8 times for a proper receipt of the booking amount I had given. They initially have me something without the company's official address & stamp.
I requested it verbally to the store manager & later texted atleast 5 times.
At the time of delivery time - I had told the store manager that I would be taking my bike on Tuesday, with that I clearly texted him that we would open the box. But when I reached the store, I was completely surprised that my bike was already assembled!! Something which I have never seen at any store. He justified it saying that the technician was on a holiday. Could've told me that earlier than that and I would've collected later. Box has to be opened infront of the customers to bring in a feeling of transparency. Highly disappointed with their service.
