★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am new to Gurgaon. Was in search for Bicycle workshop / garage for a long time till I found Gurgaon Bicycle Shop.
They were extremely quick to act on my call request. The pick up executive was at the doorstep of the society even before I could send them the door number. I liked their commitment and the respect for business and customers in this aspect.
Even though I am a critical evaluator, the service and delivery were better than my expectations.
The Owner / Manager was really kind enough to send his executive once again to my home to fix a glitch and proved kinder when he did not charge.
Now what can be done better in these times?
A) The pick up - drop executive should be asked to follow all safety measures for the Pandemic. (Mask, Satistlation Spray, No touch Pick up / delivery)
B) Appointment for Pickup and drop should be procured for the benefit of both the parties. (Most people are working from home and may be attending virtual meetings, hence it should not be an nuisance for both)
Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the experience they provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small shop with expertise in bicycle repair and service. We bought 20 T Hero cycle for our 4.5 year old kid. They gave it for a very reasonable cost and explained everything in detail. Special thanks to Mr. Dharmapal for taking time to help customers. Cherry on the cake is they give 3 services free for 1st year. We also visited 2 other showrooms but found this small shop very handy, inexpensive and reliable
