We ordered a product from the online store and maid pre payment of the product. We have not received our parcel and the tracking details shows that the order has been cancelled by the seller.
On contacting the customer service, they are not returning our money neither giving us the product.
I have lost 1650rs to this fraud company and would want my refund from the company.
