★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there 3 times and brought fabric as well as get the stichting done.
As far as variety and trendy fabric is concerned, this place is having really good varieties and colours especially in brocade and chikankari.
The only drawback is that they cost you a bit high and you have to be good in judging the quality of cloth.
And about proper dress material they have a decent variety and they also have some stichted party dresses for occasions as well or you can get it stitched there also.
For stitchting I would say that try to avoid unless and until there is urgency because most of the time they don't want to make a designs of your choice and you might face some fitting issue. But when it's a time urgency you can request them to deliver it fast.
One of the favorable reason to visit this place can be to avoid so much crowd and traffic.
So in short --- "it's a place to go in case of urgency when your budget can a little up and you can take 10% risk of fitting, otherwise try to avoid this place."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Poor stitching. Rude tailor. You will tell them something and they will do something else. Do not know how to treat customers. Both sisters sitting down in basement running their boutique are highly ill mannered. Do not go there for stitching else you will feel all of your money and clothes are wasted.
