★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my bicycle from Karol Bagh, 4 months before from todays date. It was little bit rough because of Brakes and Tubes were not of standard Quality, got punctured again and again. Then I tried this shop for services and New tubes. They told me to collect next day. I did the payment and collected on the next day. I didn't used this bike for 1 week. Next day, I did riding and got punctured front tyre. I found tube was not changed, it was the old one with 5-6 repaired punctures. I instantly called the owner and sent photos to him. He told me that he is currently suffering from corona and come after few days. I respect elder people a lot, I thought it might be a mistake by him, so i preferred to come and fix. After that that there was a lockdown, Today, on 2nd June , I went to his shop to replace the tyre. I found back tube was new and front tube was old. But I was completely shocked Owner's talking, He put all the blame to me. He said I did this intentionally and fixed my punctures and come to his shop to get a new tube. HE SAID HE WILL NOT REPLACE HIS TUBE. He told me that I should checked the tube before taking. Every buyer comes to the shop with the trust. Nobody will check the tubes right. I came from sector 10-A to this place. Putting 29 Inch bicycle again and again in my car. HE SAID I WANTED TO DO A FRAUD OF RS 500. ACTUALLY HE SOLD ME TUBES RS 500/TUBE. I threw both the tubes both new and old. I will get it done from new shop. Then I went to next shop, Roadriders shop, he installed both tubes in Rs 700. Rs 350/tube.
As a Proof , I have Bills, Photos of punctured Tube. Please think before coming to this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the worst cycle shop to got to. They lie to you and the old man there and his family tries to scam you.They try to sweet talk you but later will not fulfil commitments and refuse to to even know you.
They try to sell old and used products like cycle parts and sell old cycles to customers.
Not only that but also they are not authorized dealers.
PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DIGNITY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience of Cycle servicing with this shop. They changed tyres and tubes at twice the price and than do not any responsibility of wear and tear . There tube hot demaged in a week time . When argued they father and Son started Argueing . Son has used abusive language . Never approach this shop for anything related to cycle purchase . They are highly unprofessional people .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased my cycle from arcadia few years back and there was only one shop earlier but now it is a hub of new cycle stores. I got it repaired from a very good known shop SPORTOYS. Owner is very good and polite as I had some issue with my cycle and their staff repaired it with their expertise. I would say now there is a genuine shop and genuine parts available. Cause 1st time experience from this market was not good but I am happy now there is someone who will take care of your cycle. They have a huge variety of cycles and sports, toys and fitness. I would highly recommend this place for service and repair.
They also give free pick and drop facility for cycle service and repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Horrible People and scammers,Do not trust them, they charge as high as sky and deliver nothing one of the worst shops in all of gurgaon and abusive people to customers , you only go to their dukan to get scammed.
Never go there and save your money!!!!!!!!!

His product knowledge is superb and the store is right very close to Arcedia parking. Store got huge variety and collection of toys for all age groups, I wanted to buy RC drone and got exactly what I wanted at better price than flipkart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell duplicate and faulty products. Moreover when they are approached for replacement, they behave very rudely. They don’t take any responsibility and says that we are not manufacturing it. Forget about listening , they try to overpower the customer with very bad behaviour. God knows for how long they will fool and misbehave with customers like this.
