★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It should be Zero star they don't have any ethics, they call experienced guy, and waste their time By silly Question of HR related, then Aptitude, and they said the candidate to wait 3 hours, after 3 hours they said you can leave for the day, Hello, Everyone has their time, Guys please don't join these cheap type company. Lots of good company in Sec v.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FACT is an ERP based company with lots of client in India, Singapore & Malaysia. I worked there for few years and have seen how a
good company goes downhill because of its poor management- but you can't blame the management as there is no management and no HR.
They don't know how to behave with their employees, don't give proper respect to junior, mid-senior employees.
Too much work-pressure and no fixed out timing.
Provide salary on time.
It is ok for freshers who want to gain experience.
FACT should start night-stay system for employees for release day- as generally version release does not happen before 10..00 PM....lol..!!!
