★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest temple of LORD GANESH in the area. One can feel relief and energetic once we enter the temple keeping are stress aside. The problem is the area is congested and their is no proper facility to park vehicles even their is problem to reach as bus facility is not good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pious place. You feel calm and peace of mind standing in front of the God Ganesha. You can sit comfortably to offer prayers except Tuesday which is God Ganesha's puja and prayers offering day. Also nice Chowk outside the temple for sitting quietly and waiting for your near and dear ones. Ganpati Bappa Morya.?

They do have function hall adjunct to the main temple. Very easily visible location of the temple.on Ganesh visarjan day Mumbai famous Lalbaug cha raja comes via this road n take halt for special arati to perform.
The people unable to visit other Ganesha temple on Tuesdays can visit this temple as being popular it's not over crowded.

It is one of the oldest Temples in Mumbai. The temple provides a peace of mind and a positive aura to all the devotees. The temple is decorated and celebrations are made during Maghil Ganpati (during Feb/March) and during Ganesh Chaturthi (during Aug/Sep).

Every year on Gudi Padwa, hindu nav varsha swagat yatra is organised by Swami Vivekanand Yuva Pratishthan-Girgaon. From past 17 years this team is carrying out new year rally from Phadke Shree ganesh Mandir at 8.00 am after seeking blessing from Ganpati Bappa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given 5 stars "maximum possible rating on google" that this hospital deserves and would like to add 5 more stars for the high standards of ethics and honesty these people have and the kind of treatment my mother (age 70 yrs ) received during our visits and subsequent successful surgery of critical RETINA detachment done by the best team of doctors in this state of the art hospital.
Training of the staff is done so well that from the security guard outside this hospital to the cleaning lady wiping floors, all people are caring and concerned and doing their jobs with a genuine smile. Which is a rare quality you see in the hospitals these days. We can see and can feel that all were very cordial with each and everyone, among themselves with colleagues as well as the patients and the patients family members.
from the reception area to the operation theatre and from junior nurses to senior doctors, each person is well informed and well mannered. all of them gave us such a great feeling of positivity that we always crave in any medical institutions and mostly don't get. Our experience was simply overwhelming.
I am purposely not mentioning the names of doctors and staff here to express my gratitude towards "M M Joshi Eye Institution" because I want to thank everyone as a super caring team here and don't want to miss any name while appreciating their high level of professional services.
I would like to mention two things that need improvements which are related just to hospital building's amenities. one is that the hospital need more number of toilets on ground floor and the second suggestion is that the hospital rooms need renovations as we found the rooms to be very basic. For those who can afford and can pay more can have better rooms with AC and better amenities. We preferred to stay at nearby Hotel before and after the operation as our personal choice of comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old and famous temple near Sikka Nagar in girgaon.
You will see minimal rush during normal days, but the temple experience heavy crowd during maharashtrian festivals like Gudi Padwa, Ganesh Chaturti, Sankashti.
The Lord Ganesh idor in the temple is one of the older and very beautifully vrafted. It makes you feel peaceful when you enter this place, and the vibes are so positive.
No proper parking space available besides the temple as its located on main road.
Visit once to experience how old temples used to be in mumbai.
