It's was promised to deliver in 3 to 4 days but it took 10 days , using gati name , not providing all the details at the fist place later they made a issue of adding tax on Household things that 18% GST
My fridge was damage moving n packaging should done by carrying we kw how important is our laptop, fridge n tv so just be careful guys... it was frustrating for me ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, worst service ever. Extremely unprofessional. You have to ping every single time for work. Just don't go with there ratings mostly they are from the service provider itself. If you are going to ignore one or two honest comments, then best of luck with your experience and yes don't forget to check weight at the time they pack stuff. There will be a weight mismatch. And if you belive in ratings the check ratings of spoton once you will be clear if you still want to book this service or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is totally fraud. Will not delivered all items. I hqve booked my goods on 28th feb and delivered my goods by third party courier. Not delivered my bed, chair, iron and many items. After that denied to pay for items which has not delivered. I suggest people not book your goods with this fraud and theif company.
