★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been here for three/four visits now. First one was vaccination of my elder daughter. They didnt have the same brand as we vaccinated her in the past (since it was a booster) and I am happy the pediatrician did not try to convince us to use a different brand. So happy.
Second time was to actually go and get the vaccination done. We also had my younger daughter's swelling gum looked at. The dentist did not stress on the potential need to do something similar to Root canal in adults and said they could do it with a cleaning and bleeding (dont know the technical term) the swelling and nothing else. It worked!
Last two visits were for my younger daughter who have been coughing off and on for close to three months. Dr. Chaya did a good "traditional" investigation and did not immediately put us on "anti-biotics or the now usual steriods but stuck with some low level medicines and some non-medical suggestions like steaming, inhalation and avoidance of some foods and taking a second look at some of the things we use at home - mosquito repellents, plants etc.
I would give them 5 stars easily but they need to get the building fixed. the entrance lobby on the ground floor needs to be fixed, the stairs need to be also paved or covered/tiled. The reception area needs to be ventilated better - this is my own opinion - maybe I was in a non-peak hours.
Overall, happy with this place so far and would recommend it to other parents who have children and are in the area.

-Waiting period less than 5 mins if prior appointment taken
-Doc listened every bit of my health concern and gave sufficient time. No one was in hurry.
Both general physician (Dr. Anis Padela) and Dentist (Dr. Amruta) were really good.
-Shared whatsapp number - no need to go to clinic again unless it is a must. You can follow up with doc via whatsapp
-Very Reasonable - pocket friendly consultation fees. Was surprised to hear the scaling procedure charges (extremely happy)
Con
- Infrastructure - There is lot they need to work on to enhance their infrastructure.Lift (WIP) not ideal place for disabled or elderly people as they have to take stairs. I'm sure thIs will get better in coming days.
Anyone around Thanisandra, K.Narayanpura, Hegdenagar or Kothnur looking for a good clinic - Look out for Falcon Clinic.
