Taking long long long time to send reports through mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have not provided the bill they said there is sytem problem and asked for the report in the evening they are saying still the same problem cannot give the report need to download from aap ever there app is not working asking for the OTP and it's showing as mobile number not registered and when i called the reception and said the same thing the lady is saying we cannot help we were not expected service like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience, I went with my mother she is 86 n have body pain. We recently shifted from indore, hence it may be weather change etc. Se. We met here was so poor in understanding of this issue and trying to pull us for having complete body testing heart scanning n so on.
Poorly money minded approach I left discussions in between and come out from clinic without talking further
Doctors in this clinic need to change

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason that I am giving one star is because the option to post my comment does not appear else they are not even worth that.
I went with my wife yesterday(11-10-2016) at 830 in the morning for a blood test and now post 24 hrs the result is not out.
The mentioned time of operating is 730am in the morning Monday to Saturday. I have been calling them from 730 till 8 non stop and the end result no one picks up. I reach the clinic and the pharmacist informs me "Sir they only come by 830 - 9".
For a blood result the response from them is sir yesterday was a holiday so there will be delay. My goodness is this a place for money making or really a medical center. I have valued this profession for years as I come from a family of doctors and nurses.
And by the way they are not the ones who do the tests, it is sent to infantry road to Ananth Labs. And the response from that team is we will try.
My humble request to the public is boycott this place do not allow them to survive. In todays world where things are fast, these guys are just the worst in terms of the service provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited this place a couple of times during my stay at Thanisandra and was quite satisfied with the service provided. I have also got my blood tests done here here a couple of times. The front desk staff are good and helpful. This clinic is good for basic necessities and emergencies like dressing, injections etc. There is a pharmacy right beside the clinic. There are of-course a lot of mosquitoes in the clinic which can be a nightmare to the patients and needs to be immediately addressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are only money minded. Never visit this clinic. I went for normal checkup for my sister in law as she had viral fever. Charged around 4000 for a few minor tests and gave a paracetamol injection drip which only aggravated the situation. I understand some tests are required but this hospital does that only to extract money. They even charged me nursing charges for taking blood samples and giving an injection. For the same amount of money I could have gone to some multi speciality hospital.
Pathetic. Worst experience ever! I wish I could give a negative star.

Staff are not reporting on time, last week I took my mom for blood check,but no staffs were available till 08:20hrs.sonon that same day evg I went again to clinic,one of the staff nurse was there,but she doesn't know how to draw the blood,she pricked thrice to my mom hand,she don't have experience and she talks rude,this is not acceptable ,I am talking about thanisandra clinic.
Pls take immediate action.
