★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do grocery sometimes from this store, but not happy...1st everything is on mrp but its very high rates which are not brand like jaggery, sesame seed(Till), sugar all are doubles in rate and also the another thing is that they nvr refund once you purchased.you must exchange with another things.Moreover, there is no paytm option there, even golgappa walas has this option but they are not...its small thing but its matters...as per my experience i bought sesame seed which cost is 60 rs for 200gm packet same one i bought from another store 250 grms in 30rs. same as jaggery which is much cheaper as compare to this store...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't Visit this store. i will never recommend to anyone. i purchase eatable items from Family Store via Sodexo. During the billing they ask me for 4.5 % extra on MRP. i ask each and every store give the discounts etc but you are billing me on MRP + 4.5% extra for sodexo. Billing staff told me this is the owner's instruction. Staff was very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the store looks clean but if you go inside you will find rats.. Secondly all products are on mrp they do not give any discount and also local products are costlier as compare to other shops..
Dissapointing counter also as they donot have paytm facility

If you wanna buy something then please check your bill immediately because they guys adding some amount in your bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most household items, vegetables, groceries available here of good brand. Most of items on MRP only. For cash/change they create lots of trouble and try to sell chocolates etc instead.

I just quickly need to get washroom cleaner and went in store, took it and kept standing 10 minutes, only one billing counter was working and he was very slowly billing other customer! Another 10 15 minutes waiting for that. I asked if somwsom would come in next counter, rudely replied: No!! There were other workers in store doing nothing at all who could have at least attended properly! To the owner: you are wasting money in salaries of these people and they are being rude, you will loose customers! No profits
