Staff is very easy and manages timing mostly in your accordance. But it can be a very busy place. As it is having a very good editors and online artists team upfront who can work like crazy long hours. It is costly too in particular defined work but will be a worth paying for. You can get your artist and just hire the studio. Consider this to be one of the best work you will get.
