★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought revolving chair from them , ordered it on condition that they will give me fresh piece from factory but when i called them they said "your chair has arrived" . when i went there they gave me same chair which was on display …. rusty leg … still he was saying "Itna to rhega na" (that this is usual) … that i should take little bit of rusty chair … it was NORMAL for them …. complete UNPROFESSIONAL attitude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and delivery too.. I have placed order before 15 days of kitchen stool and made full payment too. every time they make new excuses.. n still have not delivered..even staffs talk very rudely when I ask them for delivery..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ probably the worst store in surat. The product they deliver at home once you pay them, is substandard. Even after multiple complaints, they don't bother. Pathetic services, low grade products and poorer staff. i bought a garden swing and a bean bag, swing have balance problem, it is torn from the sides and makes noise while bean bag they delivered is not the one for which deal was done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever. They don't deliver on time. Even after calling multiple times they don't value their customers for timely delivery. Their answer on call shows how they disrespect their customers. They provide worst material which do not last longer. I have purchased bed which has so worst material that it doesn't last longer than a month. If a person has value for their money and time, please don't invest here. I recommend you to never purchase any item from here as they have no value for their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor response from the shop after placement of order /advance. They does not care about the customer requirements. Poor quality work and finishing. I purchased sofa of more than 40K, but post order response is worst. Staff starts arguments if you give any observations on product made. Even after repeated instructions they does not care about the customer requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class service, bad experience, I have purchase one office table at cost Rs.10.000 after delivered the table I have use a table drawer it's handle is broke ? , after this I have call in his office for complain office staff say " aje koi pan staff nahi ave je pan problem che teni mate Kale sanje 4 vagya pachi j manas avse "
After all this I have call in 2nd day in his office " tamaru atlu sari quality nu table mane ni joiye please tame return mangavilo ....... & I have shock ? office lady say " koi majak thodi che table return nahi thase .... And cut the call "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad after sale service,bought sofa set from them it is bend in between and when asked for repairing they are ignoring the calls of customer and not doing repairing.very be experience.do not buy from them as they don't care about customer satisfaction at all.due to their worst quality product I have to get it repaired done outside and it cost me half of the amount I spend on my sofa.whoever reading this please do not even think it to buy from this place.
