★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seems nice people when you wanted to purchase the product from them but when you require their post sales service, they will play with you everyday. And thats not limited to the staff but the owner himself, who says anything in the call but never take any actions on his words.
I have purchased a small chair for just INR 8K which they claimed as a discount price of 12K. After 10 days of the product, I realised that chair had corrosion on its base, the hydraulic doesnt work and what not. When I complaint about it, they were like, " WE WILL BE AT YOUR HOME BY EVENING, next day when I phoned back, they say, "WE WILL COME AT YOUR HOME BY TOMORROW" and this followed till 2 months.
After that, I did a little heated argument that why are they responding like this, then they said, due to CORONA we dont have staff to come to your place. I can understand that, but I was more angry as they have been playing with me for 2 months and saying me everyday, that we will send the "TECHNICIAN" to repair this.
This never happened, until I spoke to the main owner for 5 times, and the last time I spoke him as well, he say, you can take a legal action if you want.
Eventually, I have my chair repaired now, for doing a constant follow up for 3 months.
I had planned to buy more products from them, but I am sure now that I cant not do this mistake again, as they cant help me with this small product like this, then how I can get assurance that the same thing would never happened again!
I suggest everyone, dont buy from them, it was horrible to talk to them!
I wish I could give them 0 star!
Dont buy from them!!

Removed stars for
1. Missed delivery date, delivered 2 weeks delayed.
2. Not a perfect work.
A have purchased custom sized tv table but drawers are fixed sized so splace is wasted behind box.
Same way glass push buttons are wrong.
I have added a middle partition but support to partition is not provided properly.
Holes are filled but touchup is not done on that, clearly visible
3. Price is little higher for this.
