★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faultstop staff is not at all cooperative. Foes not deliver service worth money. They repair my laptop by placing new IC worth 1500 bucks and within 4-5 days again I am facing same problem. When we call them to fix the issue,they don't pick up the call only..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a professional guy. Didn't even solve the main problem in my laptop & took my 2250 rs for just changing an IC. My laptop broke down again after just 2 days. His 15 days warranty is also worthless because the next time you call him he'll be in Pune for God knows how long. He is avoiding me now for the last one month. Don't believe his any words. Even if you still want to repair your laptop from him make sure you go to his shop & make him repair infront of you also only give him money after his warranty period. This was my second time repairing my laptop from him... didn't expect such an unprofessional behaviour. Really cannot judge a book by its cover!
