★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy an office chair today. Worst possible hospitality by staff. No one doesn’t care about why you went. Its like you walk into any government office / show room. I really don’t know weather the owner of the show room has real interest in business. Being in a city like Vizag we don’t have much an option left do we ? I wish these bigger brands come with full online process and ship directly pan india.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very disappointing experience. I had selected and paid for a chair only after confirming with the staff that a new piece of the same model would be delivered. After the payment the staff gets busy to clean the exhibit piece and hand it over. Upon questioning he conveys that a fresh piece is in the go down which will given in a few mts time. Eating I looked nd checked on other chairs... Surprisingly the staff tells me this is the same piece which you had selected and this being a fresh piece will give it. At this point I am totally confused then y am I waiting.... A close look at the chair and this is a different model... Upon questioning the staff mumbles a few words nd walks away... None of the senior staff/managers/owners, I don't know who they are, didn't bother to check what was happening in the show room. At the end I got the amount refunded.. Why are these kind of people in business....???? Went to the showroom considering the brand...

When all the featherlite branches runs offers, but the staff in this branch says they don't run any offers only at this branch. Are you not featherlite branch ?
Dear featherlite head office,
Please take some action on the staff here. They're loosing business.
Why this branch cannot apply the coupon code at store, where I can apply the same coupon code while placing the same order online.
one disadvantage of featherlite is : They don't ship anywhere across india when ordered online portal. Only few cities they'll ship.

This was my first visit and the kind of feeling that you experience on visiting the showroom is very pleasing because of the products that are on display. It might be premium owing to the cost but quality comes with a price and feather lite will not disappoint customer who is looking for premium range furniture coupled with quality and durability.
Looking forward to many more purchases in future.
