★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security is not allowing candidates to enter inside the company and are refusing to talk with HR regarding vacancies...how come candidates know whether they hiring is going on or not??? Simply they're denying candidates to enter even for enquiry.. I faced this kind of situation and I never recommend HSBC to any of my friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to work in Visakhapatnam if you aren't looking for growth and market exposure. They always pay in time. This place doesn't have access to outsiders. Parking is available both inside and outside the premises. Facilities like pick up and drop are available for certain shifts. Overall, I would recommend job seekers to look up for better jobs than a BPO unless you have really nothing to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here the hiring process is totally different....1st they conduct written paper which is consisting of English grammar vocabulary and etc and then if they select in written test then they will send us to the second round...here second round means it's random for every one.... After the 1st round ie.. Written test...they will conduct some rounds like telephonic round, interview, self examination round (written test on paper)...after completion of 1st round....one will be having telephonic round and one will be having self examination round....its too bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good working conditions provided if you are willing to accept what comes in front you as a task. Need to have patience to grow. "As you sow, so shall you reap" could well define in parts.
Very good scope for women employees as HSBC believes in equal opportunity irrespective of the gender.
